is it possible to mount a gte astra engine in the rear of the car, as in oppose the gearbox to work in the opposite direction, same engine direction but in the rear. PLEASE write back.

i dont think you have to do much modifications to the engine bay at all with a Mg Metro into a mini because to the best of my knowledge, there pretty much a rebored 1275 turbo'd Mini engine but dont quote me on that.
If anyones interested, I know a guy building a Mini Pick Up with a Supercharged 289 V8 on the back of it.... It will take out any boy racer.... cant wait.

I just got done with my 1959 mini engine coversion check it out I custom made new sub-frames to fit a 2003 chevy corvette turbo engine with NOS. My Question is I only have 25 miles on the new engine and im on my 7 set of tires any idea what the problem could be? Damn alarm clock oh well it was a nice dream.

hi, i have a mini clubman 1275 with twin su's, racing cam and all the fast mods but i have just brought a full T3 turbo kit for it and just wanting what i need to do to the motor so it will withstand around 12- 14 psi the motor is all in a1 condition but im willing to rebuild it any help would be great thanks.

got my digi dash working in my mini but how do i get the fuel gauge to work as it requires a live feed to the dash and the orginall mini dash used a negivate feed and i cant go putting a live wire to the tank as i will have a 7.5 gallon bomb on my hands can any one help please please
